Instead, the investigator clings to<br\/>outdated methods that do not meet today&#8217;s needs. The way forward lies<br\/>intensified tree cultivation with fertilization, with high risks in<br\/>climate change. Instead, we need close-to-nature forestry with<br\/>resilience to storms, droughts, fires and diseases, and a<br\/>protection of the remaining unprotected natural forests, as set out in the<br\/>requirements of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swedishforestvision.org\/\">the Swedish Forest Vision<\/a>.   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>If implemented, the proposals will lead to a reduction in the diversity of our<br\/>Forests are being impoverished &#8211; in plain language, it is a death sentence for our environmental goals<br\/>and for priceless natural heritage in the forest. They even open up to<br\/>devastation in our existing nature reserves. They also want to<br\/>calculation methods for carbon sequestration should be set up so that the industry<br\/>be able to continue chopping as they please. The entire forest investigation should be seen as a<br\/>anti-nature submission and a commissioned work from<br\/>the forest industry, which the government has not even tried to hide when picking<br\/>investigator directly from the forest industry. Throughout his career, he has<br\/>unilaterally represented the interests of industry.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Another serious aspect is the inquiry&#8217;s attempt to depart from the<br\/>scientific assessments and expert authorities when Sweden is to<br\/>report on the state of the environment.
