Birgitta Tulin

For Birgitta, there was first an interest in birds and then the climate issue became increasingly overshadowing.
Popular science books about nature, and E.O. Wilson’s books, prompted her to move in the Climate Parliament in 2018 to set aside more areas for reserves and national parks and to commit to drawing attention to the UN Biodiversity Day.
As a humanist, Birgitta has most recently taught modern and classical languages, and also previously worked with various NGOs.

There is a connection here with climate change, which interests me, as well as public education about the biological system.
If we don’t know their names and what lives in the forest, our knowledge about them also disappears.”
